About

Having lived in Bellingham Wa. for 30+ years I consider myself a native and a part of the community. Growing up in a military family (military brat?) I got to see the world and when it was time for me to choose where I wanted to live I chose Bellingham. Traveling so much growing up and as an adult definitely gave me an inside perspective on how other people think and how to hear what people are trying to convey, not just what they are saying. This has helped in hearing clients needs from their frustrations. From landscaping and wood working, to home improvement and technology, I have found passions that weave onto each other and peek my interests daily.

As my wife Diane can attest, our daily life is richer and easier with technology out of the way, but ever present. From the remote control, to the lights, to the thermostat and door locks.

Misson

How am I different? I meet people where they are in their skill level. I don’t talk down to people or use big words to confuse things. Just the opposite actually. I try to make tech easy to understand or not talk at all and just get things working and leave. You will find my customer support style easy going, easy to be around, trustworthy and efficient.

I believe less is more when it comes to using tech to improve our lives.  Don’t get me wrong, I can help you get crazy with hardware and software, but for most of us, we want the technology in the background doing its work efficiently and quietly.  And when something goes wrong, I can help with hardware repairs, upgrades, and general maintenance of your Apple products.
